We have yard seasoned semi-dry gum. It will need a few more weeks to dry out under cover in a well ventilated area.
All our firewood is hand cut to approximately 25 – 30cm in length. We do our best to maintain this size but sometimes you may find them slightly shorter or longer.
Blue gum firewood is a dense hardwood so it will burn hot and slowly. It takes a little more effort to light compared to soft wood but it produces a lovely hot bed of coals that will burn throughout the night. A great bang for your buck firewood option.
Add with pine to make a hot easy burning mix.
Minimum order is 3m3 within Christchurch suburban areas and 6m3 for outside Christchurch areas.
